30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We are proud of our JT Racing product and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered products for which an RMA will need to be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To submit an RMA Request login into your account at JTRacingUSA.com and under your “My Account” you will see an RMA link. If you ordered on the site as a Guest you can click here. Please include all original packaging and materials shipped with your product originally. If any are missing we cannot issue a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 30 DAY RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a purchase please follow the steps below
  1. Sign in to your account, click on the "RMA" tab.
  2. Click the Request New RMA link to add an RMA request. Having selected the required order and product(s), choose the request type and specify the package condition. Even a file can be attached or a couple of words as comments if necessary. Click Submit Request.
  3. You will receive a confirmation from Customer Support within 24hrs (Monday-Friday)
  4. Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method (such as UPS or Fed Ex ground) to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone numbers are included inside and outside the box along with the RMA. Return shipping expense is not refundable. JT Racing is not responsible for shipments lost prior to arrival at the above address.
  5. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.

Due to site’s quick processing of orders, we are UNABLE to make changes after you have placed your order. Please be certain of your choices BEFORE placing your order online. If you've made an error, please wait until you receive your order and then return the incorrect items along with the invoice.
